If everyone just disregards this, can they arrest everyone? Oppression from the all sectors of the federal government is increasing. When the law ceases to protect the citizens from the government, and the government begins using the law against the people, liberty is lost.

I can only see this becoming more frequent. With the new liberal regulators within the Obama administration we will see more closings on more species without reason. Unfortunately this will kill the charter boat business and others that depend on these monies.
