Thanks for the spotlight on the home in Palm Cove.
In addition to the 3 “L”s (Location…central PC Beach), the proximity to Shipwreck Island, shopping, beach, etc., the lawn maintenance and garbage are included in the HOA dues.
Our HOA is working hard to make this an even better community. We have upgraded to a great management company now, covenants are enforced, improvements are happening, so give us a look for your retirement home, vacation home, or for a quality long term rental.
