Until just the last few to ten years drop out rate in Bay County was around 50%. Need I say more? Provide technical skills to these older more reliable perhaps (if they can pass a drug test)people. Very few places offer simple training for MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, not to mention Quick Books or Peachtree. If you want them (it) your going to have to train (build) the present people (workforce) or soon they will be pushed out of this community with folks from other places! Your asking us this why?
