Hate float parade is sooo late this year as most people have Marda Gras parties that night. Also M.G is early this year and when sun goes down it can get really cold.

Who had the brilliant idea of having the KIDS parade at 6:45pm and a costume contest at 8pm? Most kids go to bed by 8pm!!! I don’t like the Saturday night parade at 6 pm either, liked it better in the late afternoon.

Hopefully they will change that back next year.

Loved all the photos I saw online… thanks for posting these!
I do agree, that was sorta late for the lil ones.
