The 2010 Summer Concert Series Schedule has been announced. Click here to view the schedule.
The fourth annual Summer Concert in the Park series held annually at Pier Park on Panama City Beach begins Thursday May 29th from 7 to 9 pm. I’m always amazed at the huge crowd this brings all summer. I’ve never really attended this awesome event put on by our city, but plan to do so this summer. It is a great place to go with your family and enjoy a night out just spending time with one another listening to some music and socializing with others in the community.
The cool thing is that it is every Thursday through September 11th. So if you can’t make it one week, it happens again the next week.
Admission is free, the location is at the Aaron Bessant Park Amphitheater in Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

}Would help to know the kind of music each group will perform
Eric Lindell on July 17th is such a must…he is great!
Will there be any Reggae? Believe or not,not everyone enjoys country music. And it would be nice to know what kind of music the bands that are listed are. Thanks
Samone, this was for last year. Let me send an email to the folks at Pier Park and see if they have a schedule for this years concert series.
Thanks for reading!
Almost all the bands have a website, just do a Google search and you can find out their style…
The notice lists all these dates as Thursday but they are actually on Saturday.
Went by there tonight, Saturday, May 29th, and there was no one there.
Whats the deal?
great summer shows..love your area….
love your summer shows..love shopping there..great food
You sure get some nasty comments for FREE concerts. Tinsley Ellis is a blues musician that we have listened to for over 25 years. My husband and I went on one of our first dates to see him. He is heavy blues guitar. Panama City Pops is phenomenal, awesome, wonderful and a great asset to our city. ENJOY!
