I don’t know if I’ve asked this before. Do you know if they’ll be building a Best Buy of Circuit City at Pier Park? I was told they’re building a PetSmart and hopefully linens and things or bed bath and beyond? Thanks for keeping us informed always…

We desperately need a restaurant or cafe that will serve breakfast at Pier Park….any hope? Also, will they put in sidewalks between Penney’s and the shops-Starbucks? You have to walk in the road now. Not very safe for kids.

Jason, (personal, not for publication)

Just an idea for you! Maybe the local restaurants will start feeding you for free if you let them know you are there to do reviews on their eateries!! Maybe that would be a good idea for another angle in your PCB News…. restaurant critiques! Now we have Fridays open on the beach and we are going to get the Shrimp Boats, which is HUGE in structure, over by Uncle Ernies. We are finally getting bunches of good restaurants!

How was the sauce at the BBQ place? thick & sweet or thinner and more vinegar like at Jim & Nick’s in Destin? Wayne is a connosieur of BBQ and he has been in shock ever since Dan’s burned down. Linda

Linda, I actually think that is a great idea, but I have a hard enough time already even thinking of giving a bad review, and if they gave me the meal, I would even feel worse. I’m too nice, but thankfully, I haven’t had the need to bash a restaurant yet.

I don’t remember the sauce being sweet, but it was good, my mouth is watering thinking of eating there again.
