Our townhouse association is very much interested in the start date of this project. We are concerned about the beach access gaps -- "will include 3 - to - 5-feet-wide paths for private access". Each of our townhouses (23 units) presently have a private access of 12-feet wide, therefore, a 3 - 5 foot path will not be acceptable since some of the fencing would be directly in front of steps.
