Thanks for posting regarding Tropic Winds. We were one of the first to close on our unit, which is a three bedroom, three bathroom end unit. Last I heard there were about 41 units closed or pending (Bay County Real Estate Records have about 31 closed) or 25% of the total units. The low association fees are great as well as the location.
