What’s New in PCB – Pier Park Down to the Wire (video)

by February 11, 2008 • 8 comments

With the grand opening of the Boardwalk area of Pier Park on Thursday the 14th, crews are working almost around the clock to get everything done. I left town on Thursday of last week only to return on Sunday with sidewalks complete, landscaping almost done and the interior of several retailers nearing completion. I saw training happening at Five Guys and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Everything is coming up roses. We finally have the
troublemakers in their place and the airport is proceed-
ing. Maybe a bit delayed, but now the construction is finally back on schedule.
Also the Pier Park will be a big plus, not only for the beach, but also for the Panhandle.

I heard there will be a Jimmy Buffett concert to open Margaritaville in Pier Park. Anyone know when? Last I heard was mid-March.

It was 30 bucks for 3 burgers 3 drinks and an entire garbage bag full of fries(what a waste of food) to much money for fast food….sorry! Burgers were good, fries to dark and greasy…probably wont go back.
